When you come to The Los Angeles Free Clinic please bring your Medi-Cal BIC (Benefits Information Card) with you. If you do not bring your BIC you will not be able to receive services. If you do not have a Medi-Cal BIC, we can help you to get one.

The Los Angeles Free Clinic does not accept private insurance. If you are a patient at the Clinic and you obtain private insurance, you must find another provider.

Walk-in appointments are available on a very limited basis and we have to turn people away daily. Please make an appointment by calling 323-653-1990.

We are not an urgent care Clinic. If you have a medical emergency please call 911 or go the the emergency room.
