Tribute and Memorial Gifts

When you make a gift in memory or in honor of a special person, we will send out a card on your behalf. Please remember to provide us with the mailing address of the person you wish to notify when you make your gift. Click here for the mail-in gift form. You can also encourage your friends and relatives to honor your special occasions (birthday, anniversary, weddings, etc.) with gifts to the Clinic.

Stock, Bond, and Mutual Funds Contributions

If you make a gift of stock, bonds, mutual funds, or other securities, you can take a tax deduction for the average per share price of the securities on the date of transfer (rather than the price you paid for the securities), allowing you an even larger tax break if the securities have increased in value.
